The Veterans Administration was unable or unwilling to provide specific prosthetic services. Instead, I went to OPSolutions, which ended up reviewing options I was was never told about at the VA. The result was a very satisfactory system, after waiting over 2 YRS! at the VA. OP was professional and open to my inquiries and special needs. As a service-connected veteran, I appreciate the VA medical professionals, but the artificial limitations placed on care providers and veterans are needless. Fortunately, OPSolutions provided what the VA would not.

Front desk person doesn't welcome you just continues her personal phone conversation. Along with not wearing a mask.They don't check insurance prior to visit,they let you know your not covered when you get there. Very unprofessional office.
