Dr Cairo is Awesome! She is through and listens with empathy. She addresses all your concerns and makes sure you are comfortable with the plan before you leave! I could not have asked for a better oncologist!

Good doctor, but unprofessional team. I gave two stars because of Dr. Cairo, Ms. Janice and Michelle. Firstly, I provided insurance information more than one week early before the appointment date, and I received a call to inform me the appointment could not be made because they have not received an authorization from insurance company. (usually it takes three days for approval). Secondly, they forgot to submit the order of Echocardiogram to the imaging center, the treatment can not continue without the Echo report, so they delayed my appointment again.Thirdly, I was informed that they no longer in the network of my insurance company one week before my appointment date. If I still want to see Dr. Cairo, I have to change a different insurance company, and the new insurance company will not be effective until next month. So, I would missed the treatment for the entire months. I feel so helpless for all the experience above. I will recommend Dr. Cairo as the best oncologist, but not the team that she is working with.
