Horrible Experience!!! The customer service representative at the desk had no clue as to how to do his job. His manager did not provide any support. I asked for a simple print job of 20 flyers and couldnt figure it out. They also only had one working printer, so I had to wait 30 min to be told that it couldnt be done.

The printing manager is very rude . She does not know the correct pricing . She makes coming to Office Depot dreadful ! She wanted to charge me $4 a sheet to cut , then says you can do it your self for free. I can go on but lastly , as I was trying to get the prints done , she says I dont have time , im the only one here , mind you the store was empty . I used to come in there 4-5 times a week , now i try every other option and leave it as a last result option . Run !!!

I went to Office Depot on Kirby and Richmond to print out some signs, games, and labels for a bridal shower. I had downloaded some templates online and was unsure of the best way to print everything. Son, our employee, was so incredibly helpful. He knew exactly what we needed. He knew what would look best. I really appreciate how he spent time with me figuring out what I needed even though it was close to closing time. He provided phenomenal customer service. Literally the best experience Ive ever had at Office Depot.
