        This store employees don't care about thier jobs and are not helpful at all. They gave me a defective chair and did not want to be bothered with me at all. The employees seem like they hate thier jobs.

        This place is not customer focused in terms of delivering on their customer promise. I tried to return an item that I paid for in excess of $400 with a receipt in addition to purchasing an additional 3yr warranty . Only to get the run around and be told I cannot take back the item after a year because I do not have a Box! But I have a receipt with matching serial number, Makes absolutely no sense at all. I cannot believe that a paying customer with all the proper documentation will get little to no help from such a big business focused company. My time is just as valuable and as a business owner I do not have time to keep taking the item in the store , calling warranty numbers that are no longer in service, nor do I have time to waste on the phone with Office Depot. This is by far not what I expected from Office Depot. I am Highly disappointed!
