        I love getting able to go to office supply stores. I like to touch, feel and see some things before buying. Buying online sometimes just doesn't work. Visited here yesterday. Really blown away by the customer service. I was asked a couple of times while shopping (over 30 minutes) if i had any questions. Checking out, Alyssa was not only friendly, but also extremely helpful and patient.

        I bought a 300 dollar file cabinet! Was to be delivered Tuesday Nov 28 I was told by sales clerk. Never arrived! I got text message at 9:37 on 28th saying it would be delivered on Wednesday Nov 29. Tracking number was useless! It is now 7:20 P.M. and still no file cabinet! I had to call store to have manager locate it and why it is not here! No one from Staples has called nor has a Fleet Carrier called! Mgr of store is trying to fix problem! I have my doubts. Will NEVER step foot in a Staples again! Too many quality service outlets to be bothered with service like this!
