We received our buyout check within the time frame given and have had great response time for toner refills. Don't let a few disgruntled people cloud your vision of this company!

DO NOT EVER RENT BUY OR USE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This is very important to read. After being told by a fellow business to use Sharp we took a chance and got a printer from them. This printer that was leased to us was nothing short of non-stop issues. We had several service people out at least 2 times a month. Not to mention the poor quality of printing in general. As our time with the printer and the company passed by our frustration for the company and printer grew. After many visits from a service manager to "fix" the printer and having to record the issues each and every time (which was every time we have to print) they finally took it. After a YEAR of issues. Upon taking the printer we were not given a date to expect the one we were renting back. The replacement for our usage at the time while our printer was out of the building printed in a form it appeared to be 3-d. the ink was half missing and again with the constant "paper jams" that didn't ever seem to be a real paper jam. So a service man came out to fix the small printer we were using now. Now that it took us 2 hours to print our daily needed things our frustration grew even more. We have now a smaller printer that doesn't work, no return date of our original printer, and we were getting phone calls to pay for the printer that hadn't been in the building for over two weeks!!!! I called the mangers to inform him we would not pay for the ink, the printer that hasn't been in our building and that they will get a bill for our other expenses of having to go to office max because we aren't able to us the printers they have provided us with! They gave us a small credit towards our account and paid for a $10 ink fee. Still no printer. They finally dropped of the original printer about four weeks later. Even the men who are from sharp installed the printer and already had a "paper jam" when doing a trial. SOOOO WE WENT AND GOT OUR OWN BROTHER PRINTER THAT HAS GIVEN US NO ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY. We will be sending back this heap of junk because they refuse after months and years to pick it up. We have let our home office know as well and forwarded all emails and date of complaints we have had for the past two years.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is TERRIBLE. I signed with them for my school back in July of 2018. They were supposed to buyout my old copier lease and everything was supposed to be fine and dandy. 8 months later and STILL dealing with this!! I have had to consistently pay twice the bills because I am still being billed by my old company and having to pay for them, while they are supposedly continuing to figure out the buyout. 8 MONTHS!!! Their salesperson Chase Brogna has repeatedly left me hanging while he is planning his wedding instead of doing his job. Literally that's what he said. He didn't get back to me because of wedding planning. And no one else could help me instead? They cannot direct me to the person doing the lease buyout? I have been requesting this to be finalized and be relieved of this contract for months and no one seems to be able to actually finalize anything. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! I highly suggest you buy your own copier rather than deal with this awful company.
