This place is unprofessional. The hot water has not worked for the last two months. The residents do not get showers like they should. They falsify the shower sheets, saying that they gave the residents a shower when reality is, they did not. So when state come in, they do not get a tag the corporate office keeps changing the name of the facility, so that they do not have to pay companies that they owe thousands of dollars to. The corporate nurse Marlene is not licensed in the state of Texas and she and she is very unprofessional. She is running the nursing department with no license for the state of Texas, which is illegal. She is signing off on documents in pacifying documentation. Currently they cannot keep a Director of nursing or administrator due to the company telling lies and not paying bills. I was an employee there and I was the supervisor over environmental services. where the biohazard bill reach over $17,000. The company was not able to pay the bill so the biohazard begin to overflow so they found the empty room on the 100 hall next door to a resident to stash all of the biohazard in which is unhealthy and unsanitary and can possibly put residents at risk of infection the smell was outrageous. The residents and family members and staff begin to complain, about the outrageous smell I notify Alicia which is the COO and she responded and told me to just keep the biohazard in the room next to the residence. She would try her best to take care of the bill. It took up to almost 3 weeks to get a company to come out and remove it. Due to the company, not paying the outstanding biohazard bill. Only one washer and one dryer is working, the maintenance director cannot resolve the issue for the washer and dryer due to company not paying, and having outstanding balances with outside washer and dryer services. I was stolen from from this company when it came to my dental insurance I was charge every pay period for dental services that I did not receive. I went to get my teeth clean and my dentist office. Informed me that I did not have coverage. I contacted the dental insurance and they stated that the company had not pay other employees and myself dental for the last past three months. I emailed the corporate team to try and get my money reimbursed, but it never happened. The company took my dental payments and all of the other employee dental payments that was in rolled with dental insurance just to meet payroll. No employee that was enrolled in the insurance for dental including myself, and others still have not received our payment back till this day. The nursing department is always short on the weekends. The nurse management staff do not answer the phone to resolve the issues of short staff. So residence or neglected, and not taken care of due to the short staffing. This company will pacify documentation just to make sure when state comes theyre able to avoid tags. Please do not let this company feed you with the lies that theyre able to take care of your love ones.

The worst place on the planet to be at!! I give it a 5 star rating out of 100 . If you care about your friends and family dont let no one you love be put there.

Nurses barely checked on loved one. Business office personell is very rude. Threatened me, did not explain anything at first just demanded loved ones disability. Hacked into direct express card with my information to get information on my loved one. It wasn't there.i do not recommend this facility.
