A little on the pricey side, but worth it. The specialty beef they use for their steaks tastes excellent. A great wine list to accompany it as well. For an appetizer, or a side, the onion ring tower is almost a meal in itself. Great ambiance, and a valet that doesn't take 20 minutes to get your car are a plus as well.

A friend and I made an excuse for a fancy lunch date (thank you Houston Restaurant Weeks)! While I try to stay healthy and eat clean most days - I could not pass up the third course of olive oil cake. The entire meal was decadent. The staff attentive. The wine list superb - and they even pour some local Houston brews. I always spoil myself and then ... every lunch after that for a week ... I get a little sad that it isn't as amazing as my decadent, fancy lunch date. Oh Houston Restaurant Weeks, thank you for allowing me these small joys.

I made a reservations through opentable and came for lunch time. They offer a 3-course lunch (appetizer, entree and dessert) for $24.95 and the options will vary depending on the day. You can still order off the main menu, but I wanted to try what their special consist of. My friend ordered all the choices available on thursday. We got: - Hambuger Soup: Slightly salty but it was flavorful. It does resemble a hamburger in a way with the thinly chopped letteuce that topped the soup. Bacon bits provided a good crunch. Decent soup...nothing particular great. - Oysters with crawfish: I don't quite remember the specific name of this. It resembles a sherperd pie, but with seafood and missing the bread. There's a ton of peas (I dispise peas). The whole dish was covered in cheese and flavors were nice. There was crawfish, bell peppers, bacon bits but thicker chunks, beans, and okras. If the dish was a tad bit spicier, but it might have brought that dish to life. Decent starter...nothing particular exciting. -Turkey Wraps: Letteuce, turkey breast, and avocado. Nothing particular anything different from a wrap from chick-fil-a except the drips. I don't even know what sauce comes with it but it keeps dripping. My friend shared her half with me and that's how I became full. It comes with the side of sweet potato fries. Meh. - Calf Liver: This dish I detest the most. The mash potatoes was in the same consistency with the liver which is interesting. I am too used to eating deconstructed dishes made with liver and that was what I expected. As the dishes before, it was pretty much a play on the food. The liver is fresh and made in a steak style. The freshness of the liver provided a pungent taste of the gaminess of the liver. Not the dish for me but if you like pure liver then it's for you. - Lemon Sorbet: Not as tart as you think and provided just enough sweetness to balance the acidity of the sorbet+lemon. It cleanse the palette well and no complaints. - Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Mousse: They used nutella or something familiar to it so it was good. If you manage to screw up when you use nutella then you should just close the restaurant. Decent dessert. Our waitress noticed that I didn't touch the calf liver and she notified her manager. Her manager came over to ask me why I didn't like it and I told him. He asked me to pick something else off the menu in place of that dish. I did not want to because everything thing seems so one note and we were on our dessert course. I did not want my friend to wait for me to eat my entree. I inisted that it is absolutely okay, but he tried to push me to pick something else. In the end, he took off my portion from the bill, which is completely unnecessary. I appreciated it, but it just makes me feel bad. All in all, execellent staff, but food could be better. Unfortunately, I do not think I will coming back. If I did, I'll just try the Korean Burger. Complimentary valet service that you should use because it is hard finding parking there. TLDR: decent food, great service, not worth the price, but possible coming back to try the burger.

A triangle has 3 slides, each of which is 60 degrees. From ranch to chef to table - the triangle is complete at 60 Degrees Mastercrafted - the new restaurant that touts a $200 hamburger. Did I try that burger? No. Would I try that burger? No!!! But, I did enjoy their Korean Burger masterpiece. If the photos below don't make your mouth water, let me describe what I experienced. The first bite took me to a new hamburger high! Let me set the stage - beef patty and Korean BBQ beef short ribs, Asian slaw, satay sauce, fried egg, scallions, crisp pepper bacon delivered perfectly on a pretzel bun! YUM! Can you imagine the tastes of all these flavors blended together?! I tasted sweet, I tasted spicy, I tasted tangy, and I tasted a juicy patty cooked to "medium" perfection. While I love the classic bacon cheeseburger, I really love traveling to new places. This burger took me there AND back! The fried egg did not run one single drop; the Asian slaw was crisp, cool, and tangy. The meat, when I cut it in half, smiled at me with the perfect shade of pink. (My Mom's favorite color!) Of course, I smiled right back. :) As always, there are some items on any menu that are not perfection. Susan ordered the Turkey Burger, without the Goat Cheese, and she said it was very bland. Maybe the Goat Cheese would have given her burger more flavor, but, if the burger was not good WITHOUT the Goat Cheese, that tells me the cheese is there to hide that fact!

Marvelous evening for our party of eight, even though their a/c was not functioning (late July). Food and service impeccable.
