Classic Nails

I’ve been here a few times but this was the absolute worst time and I’ll never go back. I went in to have my acrylics removed and they refused to let them soak because “it takes too long” and they insisted on ripping them off using a faux nail tip. I told them it was painful and suggested to soak in acetone again and they refused. It wasn’t until I started bleeding and began to leave and head home until they finally let me soak the remaining nails off in acetone. Basically, they rather rip my acrylics off unprofessionally so they can move on to others customers than let me spend an hour soaking them in their chair. They’re nice, but highly unprofessional and ethical. 0/10 would not recommend if you care about the health and sanitation of your nails.

I’ve been here twice before to take off my dipping powder strictly based on location convenience and they honestly did a poor job the first time by destroying my actual nail in the process. Against my better judgment, I went back because they’re close by for a take off and shellac and they tried to charge me a total of $40 when their competitors charge $20 and are by far cleaner than this place. I was never going to leave a review until the older woman with short hair rolled her eyes and waved at me to get out, I was beyond disgusted at the lack of respect and professionalism. You’re better off going to Hi-Light Nails Spa down the street where they’re polite and reasonable with technicians that are all properly trained.
