I’m new to the river oaks area so I needed a new nail spa to go to. I went to this one since it was the closest. When I walked in, I was not greeted. When I sat in the chair, I showed her what I wanted and she told me she could try to do the design. She then asked me to choose my length and told me it was too long. Throughout the process, I was cut and my nails were bumpy because of the poor foundation. I even had air bubbles on some of my nails. Also while sitting there, every other customer that came through the door was greeted and offered a complimentary beverage.
Fast forward to one week later, two of my nails have broken straight across. This only happens when the foundation is poor.
