Booked 3 weeks out for early morning, they’re called late afternoon the day before the move stating they had a truck break down and couldnt make it till 6 pm next day, I was like your a moving company can’t you rent a truck and offers to pay more, they did nothing to help which means it wasn’t the truck at all. They don’t honor their contracts or respect your time, there are better companys

I am not the one to write a bad review but felt the need since this company not only was super unprofessional but cost me way more in the long run. I scheduled my movers for Friday morning and for them to show up between 9:00am-10:00am and had to reserve my moving elevator since I lived in an apartment. They never showed up and failed to call me and tell me that two of the guys temperatures were too high to come. Instead, around 10:30am I had to call them asking where they were. The manager mentioned he could possibly get me new movers around 2:00pm-4:00pm. That completely inconvenienced my entire day and work schedule. Then they finally show up around 3:30pm and start to move me. I am only paying for 3 hours and it takes them around 6 1/2 hours. The people wrapping up my belongings are great but I soon realize they had ran out of the proper wrapping materials and did not wrap my TV correctly. Instead they just throw a blanket over it. My new $400 TV completely shatters and they admit to breaking it and apologize a ton! I understand accidents happen. I was promised by them and upper management I would get a full refund for my TV. A week later the manager emails me and says this, "However, our goodwill gesture offer in your case would be $100, which we would be able to refund to your card that was used for the deposit, I would just kindly ask you to confirm if the card in question is still active." HOW NICE RIGHT? They send me a lazy $100 for inconveniencing my entire work schedule and breaking my TV. What kind of TV can you buy with $100.00? Please see photos attached. Merry Christmas to me, right?! I would highly not recommend this company. Do your research and go with a different moving company. Service: In-county removals
