VIP Relocation and Storage

Horrible, horrible, horrible moving company. Do not use them unless you like your furniture damaged, having your furniture held hostage and waiting 2 days to get your stuff. Grab some popcorn because there will be arguments and fights amongst themselves. They even damage your lawn and destroy sprinkler heads. Filling a claim is a joke they won’t pay you or answer your calls. We had to call the police and help move to get our stuff. They will promise you 3-4 employees but you’ll only get 2. They say 4-5 hours to unload your stuff it’s more like 2 days and 9 hours. Don’t let them use your restroom because then they’ll start going in and out every 20min. All In all don’t use them go with other moving companies. VIP relocation you guys are a joke and should get out of the moving business. Maybe go into wrestling.

Good experience. They did not damage anything but it was a little slower than I expected. Crew of 4, but more like 3.5. Took 9 hours to move a stuffed full 1700sq to a 3000sq with stairs so all and in all probably to be expected. Dave was great at helping us get the move set up. Wish the guys had called before they showed up but they let us get the baby and pets settled without starting the time so that was nice. Overall would recommend for a cheaper move with none super fancy items.

The guys from VIP were for the most part absolutely caring and conscientious about our things. They took the time to wrap each piece of furniture with blankets and wrap for protection. They worked above and beyond to get ALL of our items loaded properly and delivered with no damage or breakage which was amazing! The only problem was with scheduling which ran slightly behind. All their hard work made up for the delays! I would absolutely use VIP again!!!! Thank you so much VIP for a move well done!!!

Chris and Steven actually handled my move and I couldn’t be happier. They were very friendly, respectful of my belongings and did a very quick and thorough job. Dave and everyone at the office was super responsive and friendly. Moving is always stressful and difficult but this company made it as painless as it can be. Had a very good crew. Worked a quick pace and never stopped. Our move was a 4+ hr drive for them and they had been told it would be 1 1/2 hrs. They didn't complain at all. Move finished up at 9 pm. Long day for them. Would use this company again. Royse Shaddix
