They emailed me about my bad experience and offered to cover the unexpected $500 fee to bring it on off the curb in downtown Houston. The shipment was still a month later than they said so I had to sleep on the floor during that time. But they were willing to try to make it better, so props for that.

I was arranging a small shipment of furniture to my daughter and it needed to arrive before the Navy packed her up to move to Hawaii.  I had it scheduled with one company for 2 months and a month out they told me they could not guarantee delivery on time. I called Ship Smart with only a month left and they guaranteed the arrival date and were cheaper to boot.  The cost was slightly over the estimate, but not excessive. Everyone in the chain that I worked with was professional and pleasant to work with.

I had to move out of state and there are not a lot of companies out there that help you with small to medium sized moves. With most moving companies, you either have to move a lot of stuff or move nothing at all as it turns out to be super expensive. ShipSmart made my move very easy and it was performed professionally. I was not able to easily track my move at my convenience but I was able to call and get updates as needed. Definitely recommend!

This was a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them again for your shipping needs. I used Ship Smart to move several pieces of antique furniture from Texas to Ohio. I was very nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but each interaction I had with the staff was professional, prompt, and kind. My furniture was packed and taken care of in such a way that it arrived at my home in Ohio in exactly the same shape that it left Texas.
