        As I am typing this, I’ve been the next car after the one in front of me for 30 minutes. Neither line is moving. 4:10pm now got here at 3:40. I think they have ONE teller doing all of this. Service is abhorrent. Google needs to update the “people spend about 10 minutes here” bs it’s more like 30-60 min

        WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! AT THIS BRANCH AND OVER THE PHONE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!! FIRST THE TELLER TELLS ME MY CARD IS ACTIVE BUT TRYING TO USE IT AND DOESNT GO THROUGH AND CALLING FOR HELP TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH IT AND I ASSUMED I NEED TO CHANGE MY PIN BUT THE REPRESENTATIVE STATES THAT HE CANNOT HELP ME WITH THAT OVER THE PHONE AND THAT I HAVE TO SET UP ONLINE ACCESS TO DO THAT. I HANG UP SET UP MY ONLINE ACCESS AND THEN DO NOT SEE HOW SO I CALL BACK FOR HELP AFTER VERIFYING 6 DIFFERENT THINGS ON MY ACCOUNT AND BEING PUT ON HOLD 3 TIMES STILL NO HELP THEN HE COMES BACK ON THE PHONE SAYING HE CAN RESET MY LOGIN WHICH IS WRONG I CLEARLY STATED I NEED TO CHANGE DEBIT CARD PIN AND ASKED HOW ON THE APP I CAN DO SO THEN HE PLACED ME ON HOLD AGAIN. FRUSTRATED, I HANG UP AND GOOGLE HOW TO DO IT AND THEN I SEE ON THE APP THE CARD IS NOT EVEN ACTIVATED. AFTER CALLING TWICE WHY COULDN'T THE REPRESENTATIVE JUST SAY THAT AND ASSIST. THANK GOD FOR GOOGLE IT DID A WAY BETTER JOB THAN PEOPLE AT THAT LOCATION AND AT THEIR CALL CENTER.
