The worst we have ever dealt with. you will be charged an outrageous exit fee if you ever decide to go to another provider. Avoid at all costs.BTW if you are looking for a company that won't stick it to you, we reccomend Merchant Chimp. Tell them Sound Exchange sent you!

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER, PREETY GOOD SALE'S GUY BUT THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE,THEY WILL GO OUT OF BUSSINESS WITH THAT KIND OF COSTUMER SERVICE. IM PRAYING FOR PLEASE GO OUT OF BUSSINES. THEY CHARGE BACK ON OUR ACCOUNT PLUS THEY CHARGING FEE FOR EACH CHARGE BACK ACCOUNT WHICH IS $25.00 EACH TRANCATION.WE HAVE 5 CHARGE BACK TRANCATION. WE BEEN PAYING THOUSAND OF DOLLAR ON CREDIT CARD FEE MONTHLY.I'M CANCELING WITH THEM,4 ACCOUNT TOGHTER. I WAS THEIR BEACAUSE OF SALES GUY NAME JAMES. 1 STAR FOR HIM

If I could give them nothing I would. They removed money out of one of my accounts and it went into a negative position with my bank. I did NOT authorize this. They basically do what they want with your money. I closed the account on my "end of contract year" and they now want to charge me $2300.00 because I canceled with them. Imagine I did something LEGAL with them..........I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. You can do better. Bads new for retailers.
