Ninfa's Mexican Cafe

We never made it. We were a family of 12. They wanted to separate the family in 2-3 tables and asked for a 20% tip in advance. Are you out of your mind?

Just a heads up to everyone saying the foods isn't good for a "Ninfa's." It is because this location isn't run by the current owners of the Original Ninfa's on Navigation. Look at the Ninfa's wiki page, it is bit of a mess with the family selling out the name of Ninfa's so many times to different people and groups so the quality is all over the place. I just moved back to Houston after many years and was confused why the Ninfa's website only lists the uptown and navigation location. Now I know why!

Ninfa's in the Galleria was a disappointment. We were expecting the Ninfa's of the past but we got something far less. It is really too small of a restaurant to be important to the former company. The food was mediocre and the atmosphere was lacking. Try another Mexican food restaurant.

Not what it once was. I have been going here fairly regularly for over a year now. The quality of food is getting worse. They have shrunk the menu for a second time with in a year. Portions are a bit smaller too. At this point I don't want to go back any more and I have been there about 10 times. It used to be good, but now it is not worth it. Also they will not server certain types of people.
