My child started here about six months ago. At the beginning it was really spectrum of hope. We had just had our child diagnosed recently and appreciated the support and information. We had good communication and support from loving staff. But after a few months many of the staff quit, and we experienced high turnover with caregivers and very poor communication and understaffing. We investigated into why. We found online companies that record employee reviews and found many dismissal ratings after new ownership took over the company. See for yourself and use Google to search employee reviews. We realize this is now spectrum of greed because the new ownership only cares about money and not the special needs children they serve. This is heartbreaking. Happy and cared for staff will likely mean happy well cared for kids. Underpaying and not treating staff well leads to stressful and negative work environment that negatively impacts the children. Great staff but I would recommend you find another program until there are serious business changes at the top. There are many other high-quality programs around not run by management that only cares about profit.

Do not send your child here!!!! My son was a client of theirs for over seven years. They sold the company off and its completely falling apart. They cant keep employees and everybody is jumping ship. Theres so many other great schools out there. This is not one of them unfortunately anymore.

Spectrum of Hope is breaking down under the new ownership. They have changed BCBAs four times for my child within last three months. No service and no communication for last two weeks. If you have other options, do not send your kiddos here to deal with their mess!

My daughter attended SOH from 3-8. What used to be the ONLY center in Houston Id take my child to is now quite the opposite. The facility was sold to new owners who have run staff and clients away at a rapid pace.

Just wanted to say that they do not have any services for ABA if youre seeking services for a high functioning Autistic adult.
