        I ordered a custom black suit and a dress shirt with french cuffs. They mistakenly ordered a grey suit and a dress shirt with barrel cuffs. I was told that I'd be contacted by the manager the next day about the mishap. LIES! I had to contact the store several days after the fact in order for the manager to actually return my phone call. I was informed that my suit would be dropped off around 12:30 PM. I didn't actually receive the grey suit until some time after 5:00 PM. There were way too many miscommunications from the manager and advisor. Profuse apologies were made, but that didn't help nor change the matter.
