Longhorn keeps sending the wrong catheters. I have called 4 or more times to correct this and they told me February order would be correct. NOT!!!! I don't understand why they cannot get it right

Trying to get supplies from this company for over a year now. Back and forth with my husbands dr to sign the forms required for these supplies thru StarPlus Program Forms were faxed back to the company but rep said Dr didnt date the form so they cant fill the Order. Now we go back and forth from the Drs office to the comp any. Did you fax the forms? No we didnt revive the forms ..this is such a broken program for the elderly and disabled people that live in the United States.

Giving 2 stars because Medical supplies is always late delivered pass 30days, and items missing someone rudely called and left a message for Doctor to upgrade paperwork or medical supplies will not be delivered anymore, they failed to contact the Doctor themselves, do your job. Changing companies, I'm tired of their problems that I don't want.

Please do not use this company if you need supplies. I have waited for two weeks to get wound care supplies from these people and I keep getting the run around. Avoid this company at all costs

I have been using this company for almost a year and every single time I have talked to someone theyve always been very polite and professional. Our supplies are always delivered on time. Great company! So thankful for such professionalism!
