Absolutely fantastic! Obviously, it's usually a time of stress for both the patient and the family when you have a need like this. Unlike other medical providers whose canned response is "No, we can't do that", HSMS&E accomodated our every request, especially those on short notice. Every representative we dealt with was timely, responsive, courteous, safe and professional. Prices were extremely reasonable and a very good value. The world needs more companies like HSMS&E!

I'VE BEEN ORDERING FROM HSMS FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MERCHANDISE OR THEIR STAFF. MY PERSONAL SALES REP STAN IS A CLASS ACT AND IS ALWAYS CHECKING UP ON HOW MY BUSINESS IF GOING. HSMS, GREAT MERCHANDISE AT A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE

this company claims to deliver and pickup, one week after knee surgery, I had to take machine back myself, and still had to pay a pickup charge, I would not recommend them for anything, I wouldn't even give them a star, so much for standing by your product and service, I didn't want to, but had to give a star so I could post this
