    I bought a Groupon and started my treatment at the Atascosita location, everything went well until they closed that location and they didn't even call to let me know that for my next appointment I needed to make arrangements to transfer the services to the Tomball location. I was very disappointed when I showed up to my scheduled appointment and saw the door with closure notices and that they didn't even had the courtesy of calling to let me know. I had to make an hour trip to the other location to finish the package that I bought.

    DO NOT go to BodyAnew, ever!!! They will mess up your face! Go to a board certified plastic surgeon for any fillers and/or botox. You get what you pay for. I am in the process of trying to get a refund because I have to have what they messed up on fixed! Lesson learned!

    I have used Body Anew Medspa in the past with great results. They recently sent out an email for a Botox special. I prepaid for the service and set my appointment. One day before my appointment they cancelled saying that the girl who was to do my botox was sick. I reschedule for the following week. I then received a text message one hour before my appointment saying that they didn't have any botox and that they would contact me within 2-3 weeks to reschedule. I called and asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait until Tuesday when the owner was back in town. I asked that the owner call me back personally and I did not receive a phone call from them. I then called again today and asked for a refund again but was told that they couldn't process it because the manager was out sick! I ended up calling my credit card company who is handling it now. Too many lies and so unprofessional to text someone to let them know they are cancelling my appointment!!!

    I really tried hard not to post this review, but I feel that you should always be honest about your experience at any establishment you visit. It may help others make a sound decision. Let me start off by saying that I have patronized and visited many laser hair removal/reduction centers and medical spas, and never had a big problem. I learned about Body Anew through a Groupon I was given as a gift by mother. It included six (6) laser treatments. My first few treatments went relatively well. On my fourth and fifth (most recent) laser treatment, I got burned pretty badly. The first time I got a laser burn, it was on my neck. I first noticed when the normal post treatment heat and burning sensation seemed to linger all through the night. As the week progressed, I noticed that my skin was peeling and the pigmentation of my skin started changing within that area. It eventually healed after a few weeks. On my next visit (most recent), I filled out the usual paperwork and let them know about my experience. They explained to me that the laser tech, who was filling in for my usual laser tech and from another location, had bumped up the settings and used incorrect treatment parameters which caused the burn. They informed me that it was unacceptable and to let them know if this should occur again. Lo and behold, I get the treatment done (two months later) by my usual laser tech (which I adore) and I get burned -- this time even worse than before and on my cheek and chin under my lip. It looks terrible and it is s a few days before Thanksgiving. I immediately email Body Anew along with submit detailed pictures of the burns and the scarring it was producing. I get no apology at all -- just that I need to come in so we can speak about it. I explain to them that I cannot travel that far during the week because I will be at work and end up stuck in traffic. I also explain that I will be on Thanksgiving holiday for the remainder of the week. I ask them if they can mail me the product they use to treat these type of burns and they would not compromise because they only give sample jars and every other excuse in the book. As you can see from some of their previous reviews and as I have explained here, their customer service is very poor. Leslie, the manager, showed no sympathy towards the issue -- just that it was a known complication and only said sorry after I told her that she should have at least apologized and called to talk to me about the issue. She never called and I just didn't feel an ounce of care towards my situation. I have one more treatment left and I do hope this one goes better, but I can't be sure that I will ever return after this one. It really makes me sad because I really had faith in them and enjoyed my laser specialist. It takes a lot to get me upset about something, but I am a big advocate for customer service and I feel that a company should know that they would be nothing without their customer/consumer/client. Please make sound judgments when visiting any laser establishment. Thank you for reading, and I do hope this helped someone.

    My GF encouraged me to receive treatments for a younger appearance. I am a 53 yr old male, whom loves the outdoors and refuses sun protection lotions. I have (had) a wrinkled forehead, smoker's lines around the mouth, parentheses on my cheeks and large bags under my eyes. My results were fantastic, I am surprised by the dramatic transformation but yet my friends and even family only expressed how young I looked lately! I had approx 100 injections yet zero bruising! The swelling was gone by bedtime and I awoke a younger man! I began planning and budgeting future treatments immediately. This is now a lifelong commitment for me. When the nurse, Candace Davidson, described me with Rhino Skin, I assumed it was a compliment, lol. Candace treated me with Botox, Artefill and I believe Restalyn in each of my severest areas. My first big surprise was the absence of pain. Candace injected me 4 x with an anesthesia which I felt but I didn't cry. This part of the procedure was done after, my face was applied with a pain numbing cream upon arrival, by Maddie, another nurse. Then Candace began the seemingly impossible task of repairing my catcher's mitt, Rhino skinned face. She described the techniques she was implementing during the entire procedure. She explained the causation of the problems and how the changes were going to occur. I counted approximately 80 to 120 injections and none were painful at all. But the lack of pain, the professionalism, clean and relaxing atmosphere of their clinic isn't why I'm there. Vanity is the reason I am there and I am so amazed by the results! Candace is an artist! I had tried botox a few years earlier, which had given me a frown or scowl. Candace demonstrated the correct procedure and miraculously, my eyebrows elevated slightly while almost eliminating my forehead wrinkles! Then I noticed the bags under my eyes were gone and I could see my cheekbones. The parentheses were filled in and in their place only the slight lines of a 35 year old man. My lips and mouth are youthful, plump and had reduced lines. This was ONLY a 75 minute procedure and I looked 14 years younger! I was so happy when I left their clinic! I have recommended Candace Davidson multiple times in the 2 weeks following my procedure because people have said “ I want to hire the same clinic you used!”
