Can't think of a more professional organization--and these guys are fast! I called with an issue and they made it to my facility THE SAME DAY. They had the issue resolved a few hours later. I've been using Centigrade for all my jobs, now. I can't imagine running my business without them. Totally dialed in!

Working with Centigrade was a great experience. They were on site for our repair exactly when they said they would be. The service technicians were very knowledgeable, and had our unit repaired in a couple of hours. Someone even followed up with us the next day. I will be using Centigrade again if needed.

We called Centigrade Service and they had a technician onsite within 2 hours of us calling. Our blood bank plasma freezer was warming up and the technician was able to get our unit back up and running on the first visit. He was very professional and the office provided us with an invoice that was easy to read including the technical write up. Highly recommend Centigrade Service for all medical Refrigeration needs.
