The only reason I still go to these people is because of Nancy (the previous owner) who still works for them. Corey, is a more than helpful guy but I try not to bother him. With the money I pay these guys, I at least expect a call back when I leave 3 messages asking the progress on my order. Get new help, or Im finding someone else that will take my business seriously

Worst at all. Made an appointment, the ACP claims no creditial to hospital so cancelled on the time and the spot. Waiting for 2 weeks without a call. Called again, made a complaint about the situation, asked to wait and will call me back. Never called back again. Guess what, I ask doctor to never send them another refer.

When I first started with this company they were great . My sons chair been broken for months cant get the tech to return my calls are text back I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

We ordered a stroller for our daughter from this company, but it took over a year to arrive, and when it finally did, it was the wrong size. We rejected it because it was too small. The delivery guy promised to bring a larger one the following week, but it took them three weeks to deliver it. To our frustration, it was the same stroller that we had previously rejected, and it was missing a few pieces. I called and spoke to the manager, who assured me that it was an accident, but we believe it was intentional, especially when the stroller was tagged with my daughter's name along with the original delivery date. He said they would send the correct size within a week. However, it's been a month since then, and no one has contacted us. Their customer service is rude, and they seem to disregard the needs of your child. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
