Fallbrook Open MRI

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I had a very late appointment which was 8pm. So once I arrived and was called back. I had started the mri. I was told itll only take an hour but took two. So after I asked can my fiancé come back. I was denied and was told he had to sign a disclaimer as if that was a big deal. Come to find out once I was finish with my MRI. They told my fiancé he could no longer wait for me in lobby!!!!!!! Like seriously!!! You dont put out your customers what type of business is this, on top of the guy pulling the blanket back off me while I had on just a night gown!! That was uncomfortable as ever!

The staff an management are fantastic. They are always accommodating and polite whenever I go there. The manager, Mary, does a wonderful job.

I came in for an MRI & was super nervous. Justin, the tech was amazing and allowed my husband to come in with me to calm down and talked me through the whole exam. Front desk was amazing too, especially Nancy. She was patient with me and answered all my questions when she scheduled my appointment. I will definitely return to do all my exams here.

At Fallbrook Open MRI right now waiting for Services. Another patient checked in at front desk and did not have a mask on! The door and the front desk have a sign Mask Required. However, no one mentioned the lack of a mask nor did they make the patient put on a mask. I am high risk. This is unacceptable at a medical facility, especially during the latest Covid outbreak!
