Great medical supply place with variety line of products and representations. Staff are very polite and helpful, specially Mr. Brown who gave us a discount for a charity cause of an EB patient... I definitely recommend!

I own a Health Care Agency, specializing in Wound Care. I called the manufacture Molnlycke to see where in TX our patients can buy their supplies from. We were given this company and their service is awful. Customer service people are rude, hung up before one can ask a questions. I have sent about 6 patients to buy supplies there and they all tell me they ended up buying else where because this company does not want to sell to them. It has not happened 1 time or 2 or 3, but many times. Do yourself a favor and order from Mercy Surgical. Another distributor referred by the manufacturer or order on-line, Amazon, lots of options and better prices.

Recently moved to Houston from out of state. Have a child with a skin disorder that has no cure and doctors from Children's hospital recommended this place to get my kid's supplies. I called on Friday and received terrible service from Karen, thick accent and had no idea what I needed to order. When I mentioned EB ( Disease my child has) she then transfer me to someone else who said in order to get a discount she needed to talk to her boss. 3 hours later, Karen calls back and gives me pricing as on their website, if not more expensive. When I asked about the discount she said, no discount but she would ask her boss (again?).
I wanted to order 4 items, 3 for my child and 1 for my dad who sufferes from wounds due to him being wheel chair bound. Horrible experience! Not sure why Texas Children's recommends this place. We ended buying from Amazon and package is due to come today!
