So desapointed in my last few visits to this location. First of all, stuff was not be able to take my blood. Was stubbed more then twice, not first time in this ofice. Never happen to me before. Never in my life I was nervous to take a blood like there. My last visit they are billed to my insurance for a visit and lab work, which they not be able to do! On top off all, it take them a week to return my phone calls and I have to call every month to the office to confirm my prescription with pharmacy. No refills for some reason on my Estradiol pouch I was recommended to take every month by prevues blood work result. Very inconvenient! I wish I can go to my favorite office in Woodland location! Very professional staff! Always on top, always get my prescription refiled for 3 or 4 month at the time and take blood test without any problem. Natalia
