I am so Happy that Dr. Rios is up and running again! He is the kindest Dr. and really listens to his patients. I've been lost without you all!

Dr. Rios has good bedside manner, but his office manager and staff may eventually ruin his practice. I always chose to overlook the somber faces and unfriendliness of his staff, but I finally decided to take my business elsewhere after I scheduled an appointment for crash related injuries only to be told (after sitting in the patient room for 20 minutes) that Dr. Rios would not see me due to concerns that my health insurance would not cover the appointment cost. I requested to speak with Dr. Rios or his manager but both refused to speak with me. My health insurance covered my new PCP's cost with no problem at all and I couldn't be happier with my new doctor. Dr. Rios: The amount of time I took to post my review has no bearing on the fact that neither you nor your manager were open and willing to explain the self-pay option after taking time off work and sitting in your patient room for 20 minutes. Also, the “classic” passive aggressive response insinuating I was not a patient is borderline insulting. I requested a complete copy of my medical records before I left your office that day, which was provided on a USB. I can provide them upon request if that will help you locate my records.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but Dr. Rios is such a kind, compassionate doctor that I NEEDED to drop a review. Every time I go in, he listens to all my concerns and makes a very safe/non-judgemental environment to talk to him in. Truly cares about his patients health and I leave the office knowing that every time. Would recommend him to everyone.
