    I can tell you the same thing as everyone else, I never received a bill and now have collection agency trying to collect. This company sucks and their customer service, OH that’s right they do not have any customer service.

    Doctors were terrific. Beware if you have to call the office, not terrific - phones go unanswered until the network drops the call. Do they need more help?

    Can't give less than 1 star, so 1 star. Their phone hangs up automatically after 5 rings. Staff is unwilling/unhelpful to answer any questions. They are now owned by USAP in Houston. Their ops manager is Chris Dahlmeier and he has done nothing, thus far, to remedy the horrid operational quality of this site as of yet. Time will tell.

    We received the bill from the collection agency so I called Greater Houston Anesthesiology multiple times a week. I finally spoke with someone to get the original bill resent to my house. I still after two weeks I still have not received a bill. I can't believe my hospital uses this company's services.

    AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. These negative reviews about their billing practices are very real. My wife had surgery and they kept sending me notices that I owe them thousands of dollars. After each notice, I called them and gave them my insurance information and the phone number to Tricare. I am retired military. After the 3rd notice I received and the 3rd phone call I placed to them, my wife gets a notice she was sent to collection. I called my insurance and these IDIOTS never filed a claim. What kind of company will send you to collection without ever filing a claim with your insurance. THIS ONE DOES. Looks like our years of building up our perfect credit is screwed due to incompetence. I filed an official complaint to Tricare. AVOID THIS PLACE . They don't give a crap. I am disgusted!!!!
