A&M Pallets

Trouble with getting our pallets picked up on our scheduled days, drivers would come in trailer that would bottom out in warehouse, so we couldn't load them in a regular way which required us to work harder. Older hispanic driver got an attitude bc he came late and during a rain storm, drove off and came back after I called the a&m office to ask where he's going, driver comes back and proceeds to tell me we only have 5 minutes to load him up and to do it " rapido " searching for a new company right after I post this. Would not recommend if you have weekly pallet pick ups.

We use A&M pallets as our suppliers for specialized pallet cases and boxes. They are extremely professional , helpful and delivery's is on mark . Mike and his team are great keep up the great job!

BUYER BEWARE! This company will scam you. Order grade A pallets and they will mix in grade B pallets. Delivery was late. I received 39 grade A and 11 grade B. They offered to swap out 5 on my next order. Do not use this company! UPDATE - As you can see from their reply, contact them for a full refund, 3 weeks after my initial order as if I don't run a business that was dependent on using pallets. They just told me to bring all of the pallets back to get the full refund... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. What an absolute waste of time. I have asked them to no longer contact me, and now the harassment has begun as you can see in the email photo.
