I was happy with the work and the speed at which it was done.
BUT they gave me a quote for work on the phone and then the guy shows up and charges me almost double.
I'll be going back to my other locksmith.
Update: they did reach out to make this right but they've ghosted me after initial communication. It's a shame because everything they said made it seemed like they cared but their actions prove otherwise. :( go to a more reputable locksmith.
