        I waited an hour and half for a technician to call me. Customer service rep said tech couldn't connect if I was on the phone with them. Then hung up. Technician finally called. Then said it would take 20-25mins for them to arrive. Coming up on 45 minutes since I spoke to them. Follow up. It took them an hour instead of 20-25mins. Didn't understand the concept of split payments. The one positive would be his calm demeanor. Which offset his partner's attempts to look menacing.
