        Complete lack of cooperation here, many parents have been complaining about this place. I was convinced to sign up for the contract and they are refusing to cooperate with parents' feedback. Customer service is a nightmare. couple years ago when i was here it was much better but now the its just waste of time and money. I should have listened to other parents and not even bothered to come here. Parents beware!
