First cut was terrible with spots missed during cutting. I contacted the company over this issue and nothing was done. On the second cut they marked my property complete, when I arrived home nothing had been cut. When I contacted their customer service I was told I would be rescheduled for the next day. No one ever showed. Find you a local service and avoid these overpriced clowns.

Work avoidance!!!
If they had of knocked on the door I could have let them know that around the tree is a raised area. And there is a mound in the back that is raised so the grass was not as long as it looked in those couple spots. And $65 extra dollars even is ridiculous even if they were not raised areas and the grass wasn't over 6 inches for the majority of the yard save a few weeds and I would've pulled those if they had of let me know instead of leaving without a word. I have contracted a new lawn company they came right out and cut it all for $30 to include blowing the leaves and their fertilizer rates are half the costs. If the crew had of just knocked on the door this could have all been avoided by better communication. I waited 6 days for them because this was the earliest they had and i was looking out for them just for them to leave without a word. They didnt even leave a note. I had to call to ask if they were coming in order to find out they had came out and left. I think they just wanted a reason not to provide service. That is not good customer service at all.

I cant recommend Lawn Love. The quality of work is poor but the price is high given the work you get. Ive only had 4-5 cuts from the, but there have been issues with over half the cuts. The first cut the guy on a riding mower leaves huge tires marks in brand new sod (my house is new construction) I asked the company to fix and all they did was credit me and the tires tracks still havent grown in. The next cut they said everything was done and to rate the crew but no one showed up. The last few cuts they miss areas or as the case with this weeks cut it doesnt even look like they cut my grass, the same day it already looks like it needs to be redone. Their equipment either needs new bladder or needs to be replaced. They are in and out in 15 minutes but its sloppy. Save your money and go somewhere else. Im buying a lawn mower and will just do it myself, the quality this company delivers is awful. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

I've left one review for for Lawn Love/LawnStarter concerning hiring providers for lawn services a little over a month ago. After repeatedly hiring different lawn providers through this company, in which ALL accepted the job, all were NO CALL/ NO SHOW!  The review left was escalated and I was then contacted my a part of leadership(Kat).  Although Kat did find a provider for services, again it was a NO CALL, NO SHOW and Kat stated she would follow up to make sure services had been completed.  I ended up having to contact Kat and was assured a response back.  I have had one email stating she would follow up and have yet to hear back from this company.After this being escalated and still issue not resolved, should make people aware of services that will be provided by Lawn Love/LawnStarter.  I DO NOT recommend this company!
