For about a year I usually do my laundry here because it's convenient. I've seen customers get yelled at because they once use to have a promotion for a customer discount... later I've been yelled at and followed around the laundromat to remind me "the machines will shut down... you have 5 mins to load the wash" (I didnt even have cash in my card yet) I needed my laundry done so I moved as quick as I could. Today being Monday, at the time of my arrival, I looked at the hours they closed at 10pm. So it's being 9pm and I only had a bag of laundry I was sure I could get it done on time. I walked by two employees while I carried all my stuff in. I start getting my clothes out to put in the wash... the lady tells me you can't do laundry anymore the machines turned off. Okay...so I pack my dirty clothes up so I can leave. I checked the outside signs there's not last washing hour. It would be helpful to communicate the information needed before feeling secure you can complete your laundry. It was literally 9pm right when I was going to put my clothes in to wash. I've been here late before when I got yelled at about the 5mins before the "machines shut down" they didn't shut down...because a few more people came in they got the 5min threats....they hurried and im looking around to check the other machines. Once they took the trash out thats when the machines that were in use abruptly shut off. Just be kinder and communicate (at least through the signs)...we all have a rough days and the last thing needed is the NECESSITY of doing laundry be rejected or denied after people feel secure and settled that their laundry will be taken care of.

The women who work here literally spend their time playing the lottery machines in the corner and do not care about helping any customers. Maybe if you speak Spanish they will care. But it will take a lot to get them away from their lottery games.

I always do my wash here so I am more than satisfied. Today though I will make a comment about another patron. Having to wear a mask is something that I do willingly as did all other patrons today except one lady. She had no mask and didn't wear one the whole time that I was there against your stated policy. In my opinion, wearing one is at least a courtesy to others within the laundromat. Except for this one incident I have always felt comfortable here. Thank you.

Very disappointed because I really like this washeteria however my experience this evening was very unfair. My card was charged even though one of the machines malfunctioned and didnt wash my clothes. The machine didnt even turn on but my card somehow got charged. The ladies did not want to give me a refund or even accommodate me to dry my clothes. I believe they thought I was lying but I wasnt! Finally the manager got on the phone and tried to tell me it was MY fault that the machine malfunctioned! Like seriously ?!?! Upgrade your equipment and then come back and see me with that! Will NOT be returning!! Very disappointed because I actually like the place. Then upon leaving both of the ladies just glared at me without saying a word. No apologies for the bad experience or nothing.
