Texas Irrigation Systems

Worst experience working with this group, sent out by my home warranty company. The first appointment was fine, back flow pump was leaking which was not covered under the warranty company. As he was turning on the system we had a few leaks in the pcv hoses, he mentioned to me that I would need to replace the back flow pump first and then be able to test the system when there is more pressure. Great no problem I purchased all the supplies and paid him to install. After the install of the pump and finding the leaks and repairing them, he assured me everything was working. Got up the next morning turned on my sprinkler system and wow two major leaks where he said he repaired them, video the area of the water leak and shut off the system. Forwarded the video to him and he was surprised, so made another appointment to come back out. This time he shows up and shows me no leaks, after the repairs. So again I get home that evening turn on the the system and have one side fixed and the other side gushing out water, video again sent it to him, and he is telling me I don’t know how to use my control panel and that he needs to walk me through it, I told no I am not turning this system back on until the leak is fixed in the same area you worked on, so now he wants to contact back the warranty company get more money for the same repairs, I said this is a recheck I am not paying you and I will contact the warranty company. Needless to say at the end of the day this company is not about customer satisfaction, I called my yard guy and he came the next day and boom fixed the leak and now my system is working properly. I texted them for a receipt of the back flow pump being replaced and not even responding , if you work with this company get a receipt up front before payment, I didn’t think it would be this difficult. Plus if you can be there which I was not able to be then maybe you can help them do there job, even though the claim they are professional, can not even test the whole system before they walk away from a job and having to return several times. I am Definitely using someone else !

I wish I could leave a zero star rating. We had the. Come out to quote a commercial project and they drug out providing us a quote for over a week. When we called them they said, “No, we don’t want to do this job.” and hung up on us. Left us scrambling for another irrigation service a very unprofessional.

These guys are great on time and actually answer the phone every time we call and keep an appointment as scheduled.

Victor came out as scheduled and did a great job. Responsive, knowledgeable, and great customer service. Will definitely use them again whenever needed.
