I had a wonderful experience at Moissy! I have heard a lot online about Moissanite and was super stoked to see a store opening in Houston. This is a stone you truly must see in person as it is STUNNING. The storefront itself is equally as stunning as well as clean. I was helped by Adriana who was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect style for me. Im team moissanite all the way!!!

I was SO excited to visit the Houston location and see all the beautiful rings Moissy had in their showroom. My husband and I worked with Bianca who was amazing. She made us feel so comfortable and I loved how she showed us so many options without overwhelming or pressuring us into making any decisions. The store is stunning and the service we got was 10/10. Were ordering my ring soon and I am over the moon to be purchasing from Moissy!

I honestly wasnt sure what to expect when I found this store online but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the store and the brand! I was quickly greeted when I walked in and I felt extremely welcomed. Both sales associates (Adriana and Bianca) were knowledgeable about the products they sold and the vision behind the brand. All of the pieces were high quality and had that fire and brilliance that I like (but not too much to where it looks like costume jewelry). The staff answered all of my questions without hesitation and took down my information to follow up in a few days. I am happy to say that they did follow up and I look forward to doing business in the future! If you are looking for a great diamond alternative, this is the place to look! I love that their pieces are ready to go and you can walk out with the piece you are interested in the same day! They also have custom options and I love that too. Overall, it was a truly great experience and I definitely will be shopping here again very soon! Thank you all for a wonderful and stress free experience!
