For many years Ninos was a favorite of my husband and mine. That is why we considered it for a family reunion dinner. I met and spoke to their catering person several times to craft our dinner. We opted to have a larger room so that we could have a safer space to gather. We knew there was an additional cost. I did not read the contract word for word but spoke to Luke about the cost several times explaining how I thought the cost would play out. Turned out there were several hidden costs that ended costing us an additional $1000. The costs were confusing and didnt make sense. When I asked them to explain the detail I was told that it was all in the contract. I repeatedly asked Luke about the cost and he confirmed that what I thought was correct was indeed. The food was decent although they changed the menu on us. The service was not what it should have been for what we paid for and of course the additional fees made for a very negative experience. If you choose to have an event at this place be sure to have an attorney read the contract. Verbal conversation doesnt count. If you return an item because it doesnt taste good or is incorrect they charge for that too. I also wrote a lengthy email to Ninos about my concerns and never received a response.
