Since they are managing property where i live, price has skyrocket to double the rent price from b4. Greedy people always demanding increase above city guidelines. Last increase freaking 5%. They only do cosmetic work around their property to attract people to rent out units, inside unit it take worker order after work order to get things done. They hire bossy and rude staff at the office who deal rudely with tenants if they go for work order. My advice rent somewhere else avoid this people.

Do not waste your hard earn money on their overpriced units. They do not care about 5he tenants I have lousy neighbors and they won't care many other tenants including myself have complain about this issue and they wont do anything theres loud party at anything during the wee until 4 or 5 am. The swimming pool us always dirty the laundry does not work correctly and give sound roaches and a mouse. This is probably the worst apartment I ever been in.
