I contacted the owner to receive a quote for my leaking balcony. He came out the same day and started the work right away. I was extremely satisfied with the work. Highly recommend.

UNPROFESSIONAL. Simply put, this company is not mindful of your time and schedule. They gave me a set time, and when I HAD TO follow up to confirm (something that a professional company would do on their own), not only did they not confirm, they didn’t respond to my phone call, and then said they would come an hour after the original time, and never showed up or answered our phone calls. Not courteous and respectful of the customers time and schedule, we all have work and a schedule , but they don’t take your schedule into consideration AT ALL. Wasted half of my morning, and had other relatives come wait at the house for me, since I had to go to work, and unfortunately they wasted their time too. I HIGHLY suggest you look elsewhere and don’t end up wasting your time like I did. I have noticed other people have also mentioned the same thing about this company and that they’re unprofessional and not considerate of your schedule and don’t even care to follow up, instead they reject your call.
