This branch is a joke! I always have a hard time at this location, not only are the drive-thru tellers rude and lazy they are incompetent. They always have an excuse when it comes to cashing checks with large amounts, they must not know how to count when I ask to speak to the manager she always says the signatures dont match and refuses to catch the checks even after I hand them my ID and bank card. I have a business account and if it wasnt for the Wells Fargo on Eastex Fwy I wouldve changed banks along time ago! This branch needs to close down or hire better management!!

Definitely needs a lesson in time management or a better scheduling system. I understand being overwhelmed & overworked, but I wouldn't take it out on the clients. I scheduled an appointment online. I know how glitches can happened. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was set with an employee that retired the previous week. No biggie. But then I overheard 2 employees talking about which one was going to service me. The young lady clearly said I'm not doing it. Get the other lady, (didn't catch her name to do it). Very unprofessional. Halle, which was the lady who said this statement ended up being my banker. She was very short with her responses & didn't take the time to explain things in an approachable way. I was confused about the new account process. My mother had questions that were not answered due to this woman's attitude. Furthermore, I understand the bank has procedures that have to be followed, but it could've been explained with a little more grace. If you're that flustered at work, take a break.
