        I've been with Allstate for years and my agent has changed a few times. I have never had a bad experience with either of them but the agents staff that is now there is wonderful. If I have a problem, they are on it. Raoul is like a family member even though I have never met him in person. Will recommend highly.

        These people forgot to take out their automatic payment that they had been doing for months and turned the payment over to a collection agency! Never called me, never emailed me, never sent me an invoice. Not a nice thing to do to someone who had been with their company for several years.
