        Dealing with agent Chandra Wallace has been more stressful than the accident itself. I am the owner of the car that was totaled by a driver who ran a red light and my sister was the driver. All documentation was received late and the process was confusing coming from this agent. She states I spoke on my sister's behalf. Now I'm waiting for her supervisor's response to pull all conversations that clearly show every time I spoke I stated my name and that I was the owner of the vehicle. After this is completely settled we are canceling Progressive completely and switching to State Farm.
