        not trying to blast you but your hold music is so bad I had to hang up almost immediately. I don't know who made the business decision of the "8 bit childrens lullaby" but I just couldn't take it. also, have your sales girl sound a little more alive when she picks up the line. 4 stars cause I have a heart.
