Allstate's Insured hit a car that then was pushed into me. We both were sitting at a red light. It has been 2 weeks and no one can give me an update on my car as far as when it will be repaired. They are saying they can't reach their insured. Their insured filed the claim. 2 weeks nothing!

I have an automobile policy with Allstate’s, months ago, I got a letter from them, they informed me that there are people who wanted to add their names into my policy, I was shocked, in their letter said, if I DO want to add those names in my policy, I do not have to do anything, but if I don’t want to add them, I should contact them immediately. I did called them, they said Okay they’ll fix it... but they never fix it and then they added those people names into my policy and raised my premium higher. They also added the deductible on the uninsured motorists section. I called them again and again but never got through.
