Can never get anyone to answer or reply to messages.

This office is ridiculous!!!!!!!! No one answers and been calling since last week . I even emailed them 3 times and still no response. Worst Allstate to do business with.

It is very difficult to speak with anyone in this office. I leave messages and write emails with no response. Even requesting a response and I get nothing. I had car and home insurance. Only after several requests for a response did I get a curt response. He only canceled my car. I had to follow up with a couple more emails to tell him to cancel my home insurance and requested a response. No response, however a couple of days later I did see it was canceled and refunded online. This company sucks!

No one answers the phone.

Rates have gone up significantly with no explanation. When I call to ask about it, no one answers the phone. I have emailed, called, left voicemails and NO ONE ANSWERS. Even the 1-800 number doesn't answer. Can't imagine how difficult it must be to be ignored if you've had an accident.
