After 30+ years of being with State Farm I received a letter that I WOULD NOT be renewed. I was floored! Total disbelief!!! After so many years of giving them so much money on auto and life insurance, I am still not understanding and yes highly upset. I called my agent numerous times, no return calls. So if course I’m stressed! I called Geico and Progressive but their prices are high, I didn’t even think of All State because I knew their prices would be even higher. Never in a million years did I think of being an All State customer!! Thank you Ruth and Wil!!!! Y’all have lifted a huge stress off my shoulders! I highly recommend this office! Ruth is amazing and sooo patient even after me ranting and being stressed!

I had a claim with Allstate and was having some difficulty communicating with the vehicle's policy holder. Wil Eanes and his office were very professional, and went out of their way to be helpful. This is a first rate Agent, and office.
