I have never seen such unprofessional personnel at an office of any type ! I needed insurance and the woman wrote the wrong auto on the policy. Never apologized for her mistake. I found out when I went to the courthouse trying to get a registration sticker, I had to go back then they charged me $30.00 to transfer coverage and now I just got cancellation notice for missing documents! avoid THIS place!
