        We had issues with Flad group. When we needed assistance Doug would send us phone numbers of who to contact rather than doing the work himself. There were times where we went for days without any response, incurring charges from utility companies because the issue wasn’t addressed promptly. Members of our community were forced to take on the role we thought Flad management should’ve taken considering the fees they charged and responsibilities a property mgt co. normally provides.. We do not recommend them as a property management company.

        Doug and his staff are the absolute best in the business. Family operated agency that treats people like family. Can’t say enough good things about them and how knowledgeable and professional they are. Highly recommend!!
