I enjoy working for this company. Pema has improved in their efficiency and communications. There is a woman in the office that truly listens to any complaints and gets on top of it. I believe this company has improved the quality of their services over the years.

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT PEMA.. NOT ONLY THAT BUT I HAVE RECEIVED MANY CLIENTS THAT PREFER THEIR SERVICES.. THE OFFICE STAFF IS COURTEOUS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN CALLING IN..ALSO THE OWNER REALLY CARES FOR HIS EMPLOYEES.. HE IS A FAIR MAN.. I LOVE IT AT PEMA.. GREAT ATMOSPHERE..

Beware of this agency!!! All the staff is unprofessional and so are the caregivers!! I don't see how they are still in business. They hire criminals and don't do background checks!!! They sent a caregiver to my home by the name of Angel McCullough and she stole several expensive items from me. The agency didn't do anything about it, they gave me the run around saying the administrator is out of town and that's who I needed to speak with in regards to my stolen items. I believe this thieving so called caregiver still works there. She does have a criminal background after doing some research!! They don't fire any of them they just send them to another home to do the same thing. The caregivers are young, unexperienced and most of all lazy!! Don't take the dam job if you aren't willing to do the work it entails! DON'T USE THIS AGENCY!!!
