        It is a pleasure to do business with Augusto at ICS. He is a total professional. He is a clear communicator and kept in touch with me every step of the way. He set very clear expectations for my project. He was flexible with our schedule. His written quote was delivered to my email on the same day as it was discussed. His payment terms were very clear, and adhered to. He is punctual and dependable. His work product was great and it passed inspection on first pass with no issues. He was present for the structural inspection just in case but no modifications were needed. I trust him and his work, and will do business with him again in the future.
